Vimblanc of Black Grenache vineyard-dried raisins, with a probable degree of 25 and 26º at the start of fermentation, with a final ABV of 9 to 11º and residual sugar of 250 g / l.
Bottles 0,375 l. ABV=11. D.O .: Tarragona.
Dark amber coulor. Walnut, hazelnut, chocolate aromas and citrus aroma as grapefruit. In the mouth it is dense, without being cloying. The sweetness is lifted with a zest due to it’s high acidity and pronounced aromas. Long aftertaste.
