Alforja olive oil:
First-press extra virgin olive oil is a superior category oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical procedures. This qualification involves a series of good practices in the field, harvesting and handling. Alforja oil has exceptional organoleptic properties, and retains all the vitamins and natural substances of the olive. It is rated as fruity oil with a maximum acidity level of 0.5%.
